Common Troubleshooting Tips
When lights are not turning on.
- Start by checking if the receptacle has power.
- If not, attempt to reset the GFCI.
- Also, make sure the breaker hasn’t tripped.
Checking your timer for issues.
- Test if the timer’s outlets have power. If not, the timer might be faulty, and our crew can replace it.
- Verify that the timer displays the correct time and is set to AM or PM correctly.
- If the timer display is unclear, press the “R” button to reset it, then set the timer to the current time.
- Check if the blue light on the timer is on. If not, press the timer setting corresponding to your preferred lighting times.
- If the blue light remains off, there might be a power issue with the timer.
If lights come on at the wrong time.
- Ensure the timer clock displays the correct time.
- Confirm that the timer settings align with your desired on/off times and are set for either AM or PM.
